Paras Scents – Return & Exchange Policy

At Paras Scents, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

• Return & Exchange Time:
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Product Condition:
The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% perfume remaining, and in good condition.

• Damaged or Leaking Items:
If your product is damaged or leaking, Paras Scents will cover all delivery charges for return or exchange.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Original delivery charges are not refundable

  • Exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer, except for damaged items

• Sale Items:
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
